Functions
Originally used in treating children for heat from deficiency in the Liver channel with spasms, feverishness and bruxism, palpitations with anxiety, fever and chills, or spitting of sputum and saliva, abdominal distention, reduced appetite, and restless sleep due to the Liver (wood) over controlling the Spleen (earth). Its use has been expanded to cover a variety of chronic deficiency disorders with spasmodic movement including seizure disorders, hysteria, and night terrors. It can also be used for frequent displays of temper or temper tantrums, irritability, impatience, aggressiveness and insomnia.

Suggested Use
5g 2 times per day.
