Bai Zi Yang Xin Wan is used to replenish Qi to nourish blood and to calm ones mind. It is indicated for insufficiency and coldness of the heart-energy palpitation of the heart insomnia and frequent dreams and amnesia.

100g (3.5oz) of the concentrated granules extracted from 500g of the raw herbs.

Suggested Use
Dissolve 1-2 grams in a cup of hot water to make a tea 2-3 times daily.
